Dubai, a city of superlatives, welcomed 2024 with a bang – and I was right there, amidst all its glittering glory.

The evening of New Year's Eve was nothing short of spectacular. The city's skyline, a mesmerizing canvas of modern architecture, lit up with fireworks that mirrored the stars above. I found myself on a rooftop lounge, my eyes dancing between the pyrotechnics above and the bustling city below.

The culinary experience was as grand as the city itself. I indulged in a lavish feast that was a fusion of traditional Emirati flavors and international cuisine. The highlight was a luxurious take on the traditional Lamb Ouzi – tender, spiced lamb over a bed of aromatic rice, garnished with nuts and raisins, a dish that truly embodied the rich culinary heritage of the Middle East.
